B.J. Brouwer (1872-1936) painted in an impressionistic style many Dutch landscapes, fields, city and lake views and forests.
De Vries started painting when he was young and taught himself. He paints in the style of Dutch Realism, which for centuries has fascinated many generations of artists, art connoisseurs and art buyers. De Vries exhibited in the Netherlands, Germany, England, Australia and America.
